Day +3... windy!

Finally today we got the last 2 races. The weather forecast was true: rain and south wind so the start was anticipate at 11 am. 

15 knots... more or less...

The crew Stella - Stray lead the first race, and Jansen - Gehrken the second one.

Here the final results:

Day +2

Another amazing day of gentle breeze (around 10-12kt), quite shifting as usual, no clear calls but  two really tough races for tactics..

..First in the first race an italian crew (Poggi-Vanni), instead the second race has been ruled by Borras-Bats (ESP) again..

Down here the rank after 4 races..

..and now party-hard with a person that every snipers know sharing outstanding vodka-lemon and something else..

..tomorrow first race at 11.00 AM: forecasted a low pressure system.. they say, but.. stay tuned.

Day +1

First racing day! Unexpected wind: western direction shifting about direction and strength. 

At the first regatta the spanish crew ruled the race banging the left corner of the course.

At the second regatta the shifting wind confused the fleet reopening the quest for the top positions... but at the end spanish ruled the race!

Primo giorno di regata! Un vento inaspettato: ponente piuttosto ballerino sia come direzione che intensità.
Alla prima prova gli spagnoli hanno dominato incontrastati la regata tenendo la sinistra del campo.
Alla seconda prova l'indecisione del vento ha fatto sì che si rimettessero in gioco le prime posizioni... ma alla fine gli spagnoli hanno riconquistato il primo posto!

Day -1 registration&measurement (still..)

Measurement day, so many friends from abroad and so many new names added to the members-list (close to 40 crews??). A bright sun and a gentle breeze stay with us fixing latest details.

Giorno di stazze, molti stranieri e molti nomi nuovi aggiunti alla lista dei partecipanti (prossimi ai 40 equipaggi??). Sole e una fresca brezza ci fanno compagnia nei preparativi.

Day -2, registrations & mesaurements

Only 2 days to the European Master Championship.

A sunny, quite lake gave the welcome to the first crews. Enrico Michel and Jan Persson  as the guest stars today!
